What You’ll Do

• Improve and optimize predictive AI/ML models for investment strategies
• Lead development of new strategies and track their performance
• Build a deep understanding of capital markets and the business drivers behind our strategies. This is not heads-down modeling all day. Commercial instinct matters as much as technical depth.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and prepare investment committee memos
• Contribute to production Python codebases across research and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in quantitative research within financial services
• Fluent working alongside AI tools in research and production, with strong judgment about when to trust output and when to verify it
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, with strong programming experience
• Strong Python skills and experience building and maintaining production codebases
• Experience with predictive modeling, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex concepts clearly
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus
